Dave Craven makes a good point in YP today that Buchanan started the season as 6th choice winger. Must be relishing this opportunity.
I do think also that Kelly is a key player for us. I know that some believed he should be behind Connor in the pecking order, arguably Radford included, but I don't agree. Makes stuff happen.

The iceman cometh, he’s been accused of being boring, but he’s deadly, second game on the trot we’re he has/should have got us the points. I can’t believe TJ scored either of those tries, he’s like a trapeze artist, good debut from Cator, but once again in a game we had won, our soft underbelly was exposed again, got out of jail, I’ll take the two points ta.

I've just found some brief highlights on the Sky Sports website.
Yeah, that was exactly the sort of thing we bought Jones I for imagine. Strong run followed by a neat offload.
Our first try was classic Fonua, we need to get him running at pace near the line more often.
Defence wise, some more soft ones. The Pitts try especially was poor. I also notice we conceded a few down Fonua's edge again albeit from excellent finishes. |
