Its a big shift in style from Rowley to Cartwright, but I think Rowley is pretty unique in that regard.
If he can make us tough to breakdown its a good start. |

Agree with the S&C comments, we seriously need to up our game on that score, we’ll never be competative otherwise. Hope this can entice some more quality signings.

I think it could be a better appointment than Rowley would have been potentially. Exactly what we need, someone who has worked in elite environments as both head coach and assistant. We just need to back him with the right off field appointments

Must have been promised money and resources, you wouldn't leave a top job like he has to come here without some reassurances.
Hopefully allowed to bring in his own backroom staff, full cap and art least 3 quota spots.
