I am particularly interested in your theory that he would destroy team if he played for a top team eg Wire, Wigan, he has played with some of the best players in SL at International level and has never been any-thing more than average.

According to the local press Wigan aren't interested in him any more. I guess the ridiculous price tag that Cas have put on him killed any potential deal.

Against some of the best players in the NRL. Playing for England against Australia is harder than playing for Wigan against anybody in SL.
Where his England experience might be similar to his moving to Wigan is that he'd have to adapt to not doing it all himself. Off the back of a dominant pack, he and Tomkins would be more than a handful if they're pulling in the same direction. They'll have Fielden's cap-space free as well, I've just remembered. Could be even scarier in 2013, despite the departures.

Steve McNamara has made five changes to his England squad for the second match of the International Origin series against the Exiles.
Warrington's Stefan Ratchford and Salford duo Matty Smith and Jodie Broughton have been drafted in after impressing for the England Knights against Ireland.
Leeds pair Ryan Hall and Kevin Sinfield and Wigan's Sam Tomkins and Sean O'Loughlin have all been rested.
