I thought Sharp did well when he came on tonight. But I agree, Turner is a good back up player but isn't a good enough centre, stand off or loose to merit a selection. |

Heard a few interesting things tonight and if true then Lord Pearson really does mean business!! The Jamie Lyon rumour has some legs apparently and a few players may find they are looking for a new club next season after being paid off. Also the Lynch deal has fallen through, not sure if that has been mentioned?
Could all be like.

In fact earlier on in the rules it actually says that the SC value of a player as agreed at the start of his contract is what counts and not how much money he actually receives, so I'd read that as saying that the termination payment doesn't count at all.
No wonder clubs have problems with this.

This section was - mysteriously? - dropped from the February 2011 edition. I only spotted that change by doing a line-by-line comparison tonight.
Up until Feb 2011, Mat and I were right. Since then, it looks like you are.
