Don't disagree but think Hodgson will go Fash, Bowden, Cator/Lane, Faraimo

I really hope not as Brown deserves a game , has alot more to his game than both Bowdem and Fash (who could do with a rest maybe). I really hope Brown has agreed a contract as if he hasn't and I was him, I would be looking at other clubs. I honestly believe that if Brown was at Wigan he would playing every game.

| Think Fash has done well when he’s come on.
Maybe have Brown instead of Johnstone? Cator can cover hooker

I agree, really like Brown. He's small but makes good yards and has a good offload game. Hodgson seems to prefer Fash atm, who isn't flashy and has a low error count
Brown, Cator and Lane should be the cornerstone of our pack for the next 10 years.

I think we got battered also with all the defending we had to do
A lot of tired and bruised bodies in our team

Faraimo played 12 minutes at Leeds so dont see the point, the same with Johnstone who did 20 mins.
That said i would start him for Fonua.
Fonua used to get us several penalties in a game but now cant even get us set restarts so that part of his game has gone and Faraimo has a bit more pace and seems to make more metres.
If we are going to use Johnstone then i would start him and let Danny Houghton come off the bench which gives us a better attacking threat and keeps him a little fresher.
Its likely Bowden will be in the 17 to give us a bit more size and it will be interesting what he does with Brown.
Not knocking Fash for effort but Brown is by far the better impact player and has an offload in his game.

Id like to see Gaz Ellis at 13 as we are a bit light in the forwards

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?: |

So we judge players on their ability to milk penalties, interesting.

I honestly have no idea what game some people are watching to suggest that Brown should be ahead of him.

I'm not saying it's what I would do, but it looks as though Brett prefers to carry an outside back on the bench.
Fonua has done nothing wrong to lose his starting spot to Faraimo.

As I've said before, Brown has the potential to be a much better player than Fash. He's stronger, quicker, more explosive and can offload. But Fash is far more reliable and is making much better yards after contact this year. I would like to see Brown given a proper run in the side to see what he can do, but Fash doesn't deserve to be dropped for him.
