| Really think when the game gets going again it will definitely be behind closed doors to begin with ?
From a spectator point of view not many will want to sit crammed in, surrounded by relative strangers with unknown medical conditions UNTIL we know it is safe to do so. Social Distancing here for some time to come I'm afraid.

| I have a request in these times without games .
Wilf the Dentist could you search through your archives for a game from the past
.
9th May 1982
Hullfc 27 V Warrington 7
I was at the match and there must have been near to 17000 fans in the Boulevard on a beautiful sunny afternoon
Stan Wall was the ref so we knew it would be interesting.
I was in the Gordon Street stand but most of the tries came in the second half when we were attacking the scoreboard end.
Much appreciated if you are able to help

This was the Premiership semi-final and we went on to lose 8-23 to Widnes the following Saturday in the Final at Headingley. Just four days after that we got the ultimate revenge by winning the Challenge Cup Final replay at Elland Road.

Managed to fit in the Wembley game against Widnes on a business trip from Aus. but had to leave the UK a couple of days later and didn't make the CC replay. Looking at the attendances for the Premiership semi against Warrington and the final at Headingley, the crowd was lower by a few thousand for the final.
Any reason for the very low attendance?

Does seem very low, just 12,100 according to a few resources. I guess in those five/six days between the semi and the final supporters of both clubs were more focused on tickets and arrangements for the Challenge Cup final replay.

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?: |

| I see Toronto players have taking a wage cut, hardly surprising under the current climate.
I see Toronto can now afford to sign Kallum Watkins as their salary cap commitment has been reduced.
I'm sure the other players will be really pleased.

The ones who will be pleased are the Gold Coast Titans

Great chip over and even better pass into the bread basket for his teammate to go over.
Never missing the conversion.
