Quote: fun time frankie "Like I said Mrs B what have you got to say about the bottle throwing at the first game of the season by your saintly fans nothing probably'"

I didn't go, but if it happened these people should be prosecuted and banned. The "every club has idiots" deflection is typically convenient. As I said there is a pattern of missile throwing incidents with Hull KR's away support which you seem unwilling to acknowledge.

A bottle was thrown at the Castleford game but there’s no evidence it was thrown by a Rovers fan

Ccs made a good point on another thread , the sky cameras now pull away from any kind of incident, you’d of thought those amazing hd, super slow Mo cameras would be of great use to identify culprits

einstien said insanity is when a person does the same thing over and over again but expects a different result:

Not deflecting just pointing out to your saintly fans that both clubs have idiots

Until Rovers fans stop with the “every club has them” mantra and start looking at themselves, nothing will change.
They have a history of throwing things. Just ask Mulhern.
Empty after shave bottles?. Jesus wept.

Is a quote from Tim Sheens good enough?

"Some idiot threw a bottle and it hit him, from our own supporters."

Although I do admit he is pretty clueless so he maybe got this wrong.

The game also saw reports of Hull FC fans taking part in throwing bottles, with one video showing missiles raining down on Hull KR fans in the KCOM stadium.
Hull FC fan Andrew Robbins has urged fellow supporters of both clubs to accept the blame equally.

Put the rivalry aside and stop point scoring, it doesn't nothing to help. Whether it is Hull or Rovers we all bare the brunt because we are all from the same city.

Everyone should grow up when it comes to getting rid of the idiots in our game which is alot more wide spread then most think. Warrington and Widnes seem to have an element and Leeds are no strangers to a scuffle.

Regardless of the shirt an idiot is an idiot and this idea of making the club pay is lunacy as the idiots dont care for the club's.

"Silent for many months" Glad you missed me. https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2010/ ... e-playoffs

Hull FC ban drinking in stands at KC Stadium for Saturday's highly charged match

• Hull FC ban fan for invading pitch during Leeds game

Hull ban alcohol in seating area for play-off derby with Hull KR
At the first Hull derby in the Super League play-offs, no alcohol will be allowed in the KC Stadium's spectator seating for what promises to be a highly charged Saturday evening fixture as Hull FC aim to avoid a repeat of the crowd misbehaviour that marred last weekend's home defeat by Leeds.
Hull have averted the threat of punishment from the Rugby Football League by signalling their intention to ban for life one supporter who ran on to the pitch and attempted to tackle the Leeds wing Scott Donald during the game, and are also investigating a bottle-throwing incident during their previous home fixture, against the Crusaders.
"The investigation is not yet complete," said Hull's chief executive, James Rule. "However, I believe that we need to take proactive action to ensure that the good name of this club is not tarnished by the action of one or two individuals. It is not just about reputation – incidents such as this run the risk of sanction from the RFL."
