The root of our troubles started, with the needless trip to Australia.
What did we get out of that ?
I can't agree with that. What harm did it do to Wigan ? they won the GF !!! Seriously how could Wigan do so well and us not ? Our form has nothing to do with the Aussie trip.
We played so well v St George and the plane home would have been buzzing. Also we trained with one of the Top RL sides in Sydney.
I'll tell you what went wrong - Wollongong - we were totally outplayed - outcoached and out enthused
Why ? the coach !

| As much as Pearson has done for the club, he needs to do something, as he is danger of un doing all his hard work and money.
As it stands there is not alot of positivity around the club, which is worrying after only two games.
Poor recruitment
COHA (5 players in the Engalnd squad is great, but shared between two clubs, whilst clubs like Bradford have 6/7 on their own)
Stadium
Losing run.
First thing is we need to win a game, which at the moment doesn't feel like it is coming, I'm sure we will win against Hudds, Leeds or Wakey, but the sooner it comes the better.
Think we need to make a statement with recruitment and bring in 4/5 players, with at least one of them being a top player from the NRL.

Your last line is pie in the sky Dave. It is probably what you need but as Pearson found out impossible to achieve this season.

Not even close to the same situation, last year by the time of Pearsons rant, it was too late we has everyone signed up, no cap or quota space. For next year we have loads if cap and quota spaces available.
We did it in 2016, bringing in a mix of experienced and young NRL players.
Other teams have also managed to bring in 3/4 players to improve their squad, so there is no reason why we cant

| I do feel sorry for Widnes and their supporters. In saying that I`d be happy to welcome a few of their players on board.

| Pearson has no RL knowledge based advisor, or influence.
It seems since Motu left our recruitment is dire.
Radford is the person Pearson is listening too !
As for the Academy, it was a mistake to have a joint one, with our nearest and dearest!

| As an aside, and apologies if it’s been covered before, as Lomax at Saints, and Watkins at Leeds we’re rumoured to have been awarded contracts from the RFL thus I presume releasing more cap space for these two clubs, and probably other clubs have been granted the same facility, are we not entitled to a similar deal for perhaps Jake or Jamie, as I said apologies if it’s been covered as I must have missed it.

We need forwards, I wouldn't take any of there.
I'd have Gelling but backs aren't a priority unless we can replace Talanoa with him

| Adam tangata is at Widnes now, played for fax for a couple of years but think this is the 1st time in a full time environment. He could do a good job for somebody only young as well but he was a stand out in the championship like Hill, Walmsley, Bullock. Just needs a chance. Big man as well

in your previous post you never referred to next season. I said this season.
Im sure you are right about the possibilities for next season. However the present incumbents have not shown that they are able to attract top players. The previous team was built by Motu Tony. nothing remotely exciting has happened on the player front since he left.

Maybe we're still paying for that team with back loaded contracts and payments.

Wigan who were just docked two points for salary cap offences?
This paranoia amongst some Hull FC supporters is embarrassing.
