I would hazard a guess that there are Social responsibility clauses in most contracts these days. You represent the company even outside of your working hours |

If an employee acts in an unsavoury way and brings the company it is associated with into disrepute, then the company does have the right to discipline the individual. I have this conversation with new employees during their HR induction as a part of summarising the Social Media policy.
ATEOTD, Kelly knows he's very much in the public eye and should behave as such, especially in a modern era with technology at your finger tips. Players are unfortunately going to be pounced upon the second they misbehave and they need to be careful.
However, this is nothing more than a ticking off incident, and rightly so it has been dealt with internally by the club. The Reason is a very very sad individual with a really nasty streak to want a player sacked over this.

and that is the root of it, a nasty sad Rovers fan trying to cause trouble. It's getting to a point where I genuinely believe "snowflakes" are actually a "thing"! |

Seems odd to include Miloudi if he isn't going to play. If he isnt going to play it would make more sense to name Logan, and let Miloudi play for Doncaster

I thought that too but I'm sure that they could do that without naming him in the squad but he can cover the halves and 3/4s aswell, either way probably will be an unchanged 17 as you say. |
