Wire didn't come out with the required intensity whereas Rovers were well up for it. Well played and a well deserved victory. Leeds will almost certainly have too much for them in the final, but then again people said the same thing about us in 2005 so you never know.

Leeds will obviously be favourites, but our winning team included the likes of Tom Saxton, so no reason why you shouldn't win it; all the pressure is on them. The main thing is to savour the occasion. Win or lose they don't come round too often so soak it up. |

Well done to Rovers. 2005 was an amazing day for us and I wouldn't begrudge my friends and family from over that side a bit of that.
