Hull FC's coaching staff - 11 members:
www.hullfc.com/first-team/coaching-staff
Out of that lot, though, only 4 - Radford, Last, Peaks and Bennett are tactical coaches or analysts at senior level. We have no specialist advisors and the majority of our "coaching" team are conditioners or physiotherapists.

Training analyst has got a good job! according to the club our training is superb year after year so analysing the training is surely a doddle!

| There's a bit of obsession some have on here that we must have a full time coach for everything - not necessary. As I said before quality, especially at head coach level is more important. What is also very important and seems to be neglected in this discussion is the coach's input into player recruitment, development and retention as this has a real impact on the performance of the team. Anyone know how that is done beyond anything Motu does?

I could do the job of the analysts for free and sum it up in two words: "We're sh*t"
And those conditioners and physiotherapists are doing such a wonderful job as always
I'd bin the lot of them with the exception of Horne seeing as he's only just starting out with the youngsters. And he seems to be doing a decent job so far as they won again today.

Shh don't mention Motu's name. I don't think Radford's got round to blaming him yet.
I agree that it should be quality over quantity. Sadly we are doing it the other way round.

I got mocked by people on here for suggesting we should employ a sports psychologist a few years ago.
Look at the staff Wigan employhttps://www.wiganwarriors.com/Wsquadp.aspx?SquadID

I have the impression that both Adam & Motu report to Radford, which is the only explaination as to how he remains in the job.
(God help us all, as the passengers on the RMS Titanic said just after midnight on the fateful night).
