| I'm going to lose my rag seriously.
I've being using forums for over 10 years now, stop feeding trolls for goodness sake. Your helping to ruin the forums as much as they are, you all surely can't be hat thick to see they are just trying to wind you up. Don't give them the satisfaction, too much personal bickering goes on these days. Bring back the forum when the supporters used to organize matches, the Jack Harrison memorial and party in the park.
These days it just seems a whose got the biggest d! ck contest. Sorry for the outburst but seriously, I used to think I was bad !

| First half was one of the poorest quality I've seen, second was very enjoyable.
The end of one era tonight for us regarding Horne, but possibly another era starting to collapse for Leeds. They actually look like age might be catching up with a few of their players, which I can't see mixing well with their peaking at the business end approach that they've done so well.

No need to pick up a rattle if we would have won I would feel the same, a very poor performance from Leeds. FC are crap. We need to be much better next week to get back to OT. But this team has done it many times before including this season.

Said the same myself.
First hour we were very poor with the same old issues being played out but thankfully Leeds were worse, any other of the top teams would have put a cricket score on us.
The last 20 minutes though we're fantastic so enjoyable to watch and left me scratching my head as to why we couldn't have had that level of desire and commitment all season.
So pleased for Horne to end his career after that result.

In terms of our season one of our better performances but still I agree Leeds were poor on the night. Despite tonight though you can defend and with the Leaders you have in Sinfield and Peacock I think it would be a brave person to write you off in the play offs. McGuire though does seem to be turning into your version of a Richard Horne (granted he has won and achieved slightly more) but he seems to be living off a few good seasons which he had at the start of his career.

| Love this! Leeds written off by FC fans. I remember being told it was all over in 2010! but no really this time it's over. We just made the league leaders look like amateurs in a major final.
Hull play well for 20 mins and Leeds are done? Where were you all saying that on the final hooter at wembely?

And the thing is, the same could be applied to Leeds. A firing Wigan/Wire/Hudds would have hit at least 30 by half time against either of the 2 sides tonight.

| I don't get the whole a decent side would have put a cricket score past us saying. Both attacks were poor but from what I could see defense was not a major issue, only for Leeds in the last 15 mins.
Some good hits going in during that first half!

We're sh*t. We know we are. We just turned you over by playing for 20 minutes, goal kicking keeping it closer, and you're going into the playoffs on 5 straight losses, a time when usually you're just starting to look ominous. I'm not saying you are now poor, but it's worth considering the possibility that your period of dominance might be reaching it's end. Even if it does turn out to be so, it was a hell of a run.

You've just covered it yourself, defence didn't look a problem because the attacks were so poor. Once the ball started to stick a bit more in the second half the defences started to struggle.
Radford said in his post-match that both sides completed at less than 50% in the first half, that's why not many points were scored.

I knew soon as I posted it, it didn't come out as good as I wanted it to.
What I mean't was they were a lot of big hits and good scrambling defence from both sides which I feel contributed to the amount of errors in the game. Late on with tiring legs is when it started to open up a bit more and the attack flourished but in the first 60 some good defence I thought which stiffled the attack.

I disagree, personally. Poor options and unforced handling errors from both sides saved more points than good defence in the first half IMO. How many times did someone pass to the opposition with the line begging for a teammate?

They were 3 or 4 times which I can remember but they all came in the second half. Briscoe produced an unforced knock on which was a shocker.

Couldn't agree more. Except perhaps we should have been 12-18 points up at half time.
So glad for Rich Horne that the comeback happened and there were smiles at the end. Been a class act for Hull in a superb career and I wish him well in his next job.
