Its the Coach who instills confidence and authority into players, either they are not listening to him or he is not telling them.

Having listened to the post match interview on RH, it hardly gives you hope. Radford basically saying he doesn't know why we lack intensity and doesn't know what to do when asked by the interviewer!

Well we're up the proverbial creek without a paddle then as Westy is out for weeks with a fractured wrist.

And I'm currently sat here listening to our coach admit he has no idea why we were so crap or how to fix it.

So we have capitulated with Westerman on the pitch, but you can state with confidence that we would not have done so today?

In all fairness we went way off the boil when we lost Westy. He's out best pivot by far at the minute.

We need to get better at playing dirty and beating other clubs at their own game instead of trying too hard to play 'too much football'. An ugly win is still a win, much better than games like these.

If we need to rely on one player - however good he is - to hang onto a 16-0 lead against one of the competition's weakest sides, there's something desperately, desperately wrong.

We had complete control of that game until the fight when we decided to start mixing it instead of tackling people. We are desperate for a leader on the pitch to get a hold of the team amd steer them in the right direction.

You could have any coach in the world but with the attitude we seem to have within the club it wouldn't make any difference. Ellis, as good a player as he is he's not a captain. I couldn't believe the lack of motivation when they gathered under the sticks after conceding tries, very poor. first time I've been for a while but nothing changes, save my money in future until the culture within the club changes - I'm not holding my breath.

I'm livid that Radford has the cheek to blame the crowd and lack of atmosphere for this display. The cheek of it.

There is something wrong, we don't have a player who can shut out a game and not panic on the last tackle plays.

If I had to come up with the answer to that dilemma I'd say we need to go out and get someone who can do that, but apparently the answer is to change the coach.

Not looking forward to the next6 (?) games away from home. Be surprised if we pick up 2 wins.
On the plus side, as a non pass holder, it gives me 6 weeks to see if there's any improvement before I pay £23 to watch that crap again.

It's obvious our main tactic involves Westerman, so surley it's the coaches fault for not having a back up plan if he gets injured etc.

Terrible team selection again, he has made mistakes in just about every team he has put out this year. To not play Whiting and Carvell is poor, I honestly think he was saving them for the Wigan game, which was a huge mistake.

I think it's time for Pearson to act and bring in someone more experienced, no problem with Radford staying to learn his trade.
I'd also say our fitness is the worst it has been for years, how many games have we lost or failed to win in the last 10 minutes.
