But the draw was done after the fouth round matches. It was "Salford" in the hat not "Hull or Salford".
It's like saying if Catalans had beaten us in the QF last year they would've played Warrington in the Semi. |

And Salford had ball number 1 which would have been our designated ball if we'd won.Cats/Bradford was ball 2.Dewsbury/Wigan ball 3 .....etc |

Not necessarily. If we had got through number 1 could have been drawn against any other in the bag!
