"Soccer" is just "off" in every respect. It's not even a sport these days quite the opposite and very damaging to ALL sports because of the ridiculous money and dishonesty it espouses at every level in the top end of the professional game. Everything and everyone would be better off without it and to have a thread on here just beggars belief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would go to watch Swinton v Gateshead over any football match that's how much I prefer RL over footie but im just into sport so would watch out really football is the biggest sport in the world wish rugby could get the media attention that footie gets but for some reason or another it doesn't man utd players love RL maybe role models like them should try & get our sport the more attention it needs.

united used to average around 55,000 plus crowds through the 70/80s , crowds went to 44 when the stretford end was demolished in 93
