Will goal kicking be that critical in a transitional season anyway? Miller and Crooks have both kicked at lower grades and I reckon both will get a chance at it this season to see who's the best, obviously it's a talent and ability plays a big part up to a point but I reckon the mental aspect of it and experience are just as important, especially in big game situations.

has anyone mentioned harry siejka signed for st george until the end of last season played stand off with miller in the under 20s state of origin last year heard his name mentioned but evidently got homesick while at nz warriors i think he is polish so wont count on quota

New coach, quite a few player movements, possible new tactics, style of play the list goes on.

Probabally the biggest factor is that squad is not good enough to make the top 4 this season, the foundations should be put in the place though and hopefully have long term pivot options in place for 2014.

Could be worse, you could be in my shoes and have to put up with the happy clappy brigade going from pre season jubilation to the depths of despair when reality kicks in
