i would of liked his energy and enthusiasm and hes a winner but we had already signed Jason Crookes and had lineham and briscoe so i don't think he would of appreciated playing at york |

hock didnt want to be at wigan! i dont think it was a case of wane not being able to handle hock, he wanted out regardless! only reason he went to widnes and not us as hock wanted too last season was because wigan dont see widnes as a threat in the league! (hindsight- looking at us now, we're less of a threat than widnes!  )

To be fair I don' tthink he'll be that fussed.
After watching his current team have a proper go at Headingley on Thursday he's probably quite content where he's at.
Lot better than us at the mo. |

Need 2 big nasty b'stard props,a line breaking 2nd rower could green fit this role).... a centre and a bloody 7 please.I would look at releasing Johnson,Arundel,Heremia along with O'Meley,Tickle,Seymour and Briscoe going,we will have some serious wedge to spend.Now who we spend it on is another matter,personally believe Mcrae has to go as some of "his" signings this yr have been awful and if PG is here then he needs full control of recruitement.

We need a hooker that can also play half back. That's the best way to get use of squad. Leeds and Wire have this in Burrow and Monaghan. If a half is out, they can slot straight in and there's still another hooker who has to put in 80 mins.
We also need a starting half (no sh*t Sherlock!). On top of that, we need a young, up and coming half who can slot in when we really are struggling (and we will be, it's Hull!).
We haven't got ANY of this. Is no surprise we are where we are with such poor squad balance. We all knew this was coming. You can't blame the coach for a poor attacking performance if there are no halves. But you can blame him for not recruiting any!
