Ah well i no briscoe had him at one point. For me chase should of saw yellow a few times. He was always playing dirty from the fight. I think he had arundel round the neck in a choking position in the second half.
But good to see everyone looking out for one another. What happened with o'meley??

It just seemed to end really strangely, with Chase running around the officials and then Tom getting hold of him.
With regards to the overall incident thought the officials got it spot on - no complaints from me.

| was worried with chase, in the past he has been a constant thorn in our side, tonight i thought holdsworth and horne outplayed their opposite halves! chase didnt really offer much and ellis was pap! great bombs from holdsworth in the first half that won the game for us and good to see horney putting in some good long kicks to turn around their defence as it showed in the second half as cas had nothing to offer as they tired after trying to out-muscle us in the first half!

| Much, much better from Hull against an admittedly poor Cas side.
Very encouraging to not concede a point. Hard to pick a single player out but Lineham was excellent.
Also great to have Watts back and McDonnell continues to look an excellent signing.

| Much better but cas were gash. As much as last week wasn;t a season defining game, neither is this one. One swallow and all that. We have to put in a competitive performance at hudds next week or it will be doom and gloom again

| Thought Arundel really needed this game as if he had, had another shocker his confidence will have been shot and would probably be stuck playing for York for the rest of the year.
Our marker defence and kick chase were both very good which are probably the 2 biggest indicators of enthusiasm from a team.
Holdsworth is pure class though and Horne played really close to the line which is what was lacking last week from him.

Completely agree, I said after last week that we need to win our next two games to get our season back on track, although its not going to be easy at Hudds that's for sure.

| Best part of the night was Bowden's try, brilliant side step and he got that excited he dived in short and had to bounce over the line. Great stuff.

| Was also funny hearing a bloke near me telling his wife that 'the rumour is we're looking to offload Holdsworth as he has a gambling problem'.
You get a better class of rumour at the game.

| Also heard tonight that Seymour had been on the sniff and was on his way to Humber Bridge.

| The game had a bit of everything tonight. Thought we fought hard in the first half to work them over, then let loose with some decent attacking play in the second half. Good defence throughout, though Cas offered very little in attack. Was hilarious to see Chase bomb a certain try by being greedy. Every time I see the nasty little turd play it makes me glad he's not a Hull player. Enjoyed the dust up, but think yellows would have been sufficient for both of those who saw red. Goes without saying that we need to keep Holdsworth fit if we're to stand any chance of improving on last season.
A good night's work overall, but must be backed up with an equal or better showing next week.
