It does make you wonder how much input both financially and in terms of planning that the Rovers board have had/able to have. They knew in December it wasn't going to be ready,they prepared everyone for it by saying at the fans forum that if the worst came to the worst it'd be ready for next season and didn't seem to highlight any issues in their part should that be the case.

Hudgell can't help himself can he? But when you devorce yourself from the petty one up man ship and look at the bigger picture as Pearson always says a strong Rovers is good income wise for us although it pains me to say it.

However if they were expecting a £500,000 advance from the caterers in this years income projections, Mr Allam (sorry the good Doctor Allam) stated last Friday that the £1m was only a loan and they were now paying it back, coupled with falling gates, falling secondary spend, a regular loss of around £500,000, the loss now apparently likely on projected income from seats in the new stand etc. you can see why the Rovers Directors reviewed their positions before carrying on this year can't you? It looks like Timeshare Tony at any cost to me.
