Yeah i definitely see him as a backup player/coach like Deacon was at Wigan.

Id have no problem with that.
If Horne makes 10 apps per season for the next 2 then retires and becomes involved in a club representative role then id take that.

| Great idea, but I would also love to see national schools set up, that specialise in every aspect of our game.

Hope to see him retained within the club for many years to come, but wouldn't want him teaching the 'Kicking Game' session at Half Back School.

| I have never read such a load of rubbish in my life , typical Australian Bull Sxxt and you lot have fell for it. If Gentle is so clever why did he not improve Horne And Seymour they are both experienced half backs. Come on I want the black and whites to do well next season and in the future but all we are signing are 30 odd year players Ben Galia 32 Scott Prince 32 Omeally again, no I dont buy this one sorry

His short kicking game is good. Should never had the responsibility for long kicking when it clearly has never been his fortay.

Agree his short kicking game is OK, his long kicking has often been unimaginative and usually is caught by the Full Back or Winger on the full. That said, we have never had anyone else fit in recent years (Long/Dykes were better), to take on this responsibility, so I'm not trying to be harsh on RH as a player.
Hopefully, we'll have better options next season. I hope so, because this is a key area were an improvement will result in us winning more games.

Yeah, no, you're right - instead of investing in the future and youth development of the club, Gentle should be magically transforming two ageing players into world class half backs. Silly PG.

You mean we shouldn't actually address the fact that we haven't had a fully fit scrum half since Tony Smith, by looking at the whole issue, from first team to juniors? We've got some experienced players in (and if you say Galea, Prince - if he signs - and O'Meley aren't quality too, then I'll know you're a WUM) and PG and his team will develop players at all levels.
I don't think PG considers himself "clever" and tbh he had more to look at in his first season than just the half back area.
I don't buy your disappointment sorry.

[quote="The Reason":3e09qe5x]Hi Andy
The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.
