(imho) I think that if Chase was not coming to FC, then it would have been announced by now.
The period of extended negotiations has well past, and nothing is said.
If it had been bad news, then I would think the club would want to get it out of the way as soon as possible.
My opinion would be that he has already signed, or that the club think the chances are good to still be in negotiations. |
