We're making a good start with a major clearout which didnt start at the end of the season as is normal at SL clubs. I fully expect us to improve significantly next year, but anyone thinking we can improve so much that we can challenge the likes of Wigan is being extremely foolish, or buying into the myth that Maguire turned a team of no-marks into all-conquering superstars overnight (which is again foolish).

Exactly. There seem to be too many who think Adam has a magic wand and that we'll be in World Club Challenge anytime soon. I can see real progress already and another year of squad building, with attendant improvement is all I and most supporters are expecting.

I agree. In all aspects, the club is moving forward every single day. There is no quick fix like some 'fans' believe there should be.

We certainly are IMO, we should finish 6th this year and only a couple of points off 4th.

Lots of local young players coming through, as well as building a very youthful and hungry side.

Rugby has been much better his year and the board making the right noises on recruitment.

With a few players coming back I think we can finish the season on a high and cause some trouble in the playoffs.
