| Leeds use covers to prevent frost don't they? Might have been wise to have covered the pitch, with the predicted rainfall.
Hope the Groundsman dosen't decide to water the pitch
Going from this to 34c heat next weekend

| doesn't need to be on sky for a game at headingley to be on.
Rovers played there at start of season when the pitch was fozen solid.
With yorkshire not playing at home today surely thay can use the equipment that they use the cricket ground to remove water from the outfield?

| I would suspect the ground staff are working in it constantly throughout the day. I would suspect the biggest risk to the game will be any water on the walkways and any pooling near emergency exits. A soft wet pitch rarely gets a RL game called off.

| Make sure you all wear your Wade McKinnons tonight.
Knee deep in some places in Leeds.
Just seen the lord mayor padding past the corn exchange in a canoe.

Hopefully he hasn't. He's in the wrong ground!

The rain starts to ease off at around 5-6pm so that'll do for me! By kickoff it should have buggered off completely! www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2644688

Plenty my friend. This silkster loves his real ales.
Head to the South of the city centre. The Grove (hidden behind Bridgewater Place - tallest building in Leeds), Midnight Bell & Cross Keys (Water Lane), The Adelphi.
Then there are a few off Briggate, hidden down alleyways. Whitelocks, The Ship, Packhorse & Angel.
Arcadia in Headingley is the place to be pre-match.
ooooooooo, polar bears love real ale.

we've got a bit of a route planned, should be able to take in some of them too.
Last time we were in leeds (england / aussies ) we strayed into a gay pub. Great beer and the locals very entertainig.
Transports arrived hurrah.
Thaks again m8.

Very close to the Train Station, The Brewery Tap or The Hop (through the dark arches)
Although not fantastic, The Scarborough Taps does do a decent pint
