I don't know the details of Wade McKinnons situation, but if its due to the rumoured family issues, I think you are a little bit out of order with that comment.

I agree, I use to work offshore and while the money was great we used to have to medivac people home all the time due to family issues and they never returned. Some people are just not born to leave the family life but they don't realise it until it's too late.
