I'd rather give Tom Lineham the opportunity, he's earned the right IMO.

I thought he looked great going forward in the u20s derby but that was against a very poor rovers side. Wasn't tested in defence too much apart from a bomb which he dropped IIRC.

Reece Lyne warmed up with the team this afternoon, so looks most likely to come in to the squad on Sunday.

He's played well all season in the u20's, he deserves to be rewarded if the opportunity arises.

| Moa coming back will give the boys a lift and I'd love to have Horne back despite Ellis having a far superior kicking game we really missed Horne today.

Can't argue with that. Just putting the option out there

Spoke to Tony on saturday, the specialist has advised him to take a month off but he reckons he can play through it. He was also in a right strop about his interview getting ruined by crowd noise on friday. I dont think he gets asked to do many.

Think Lyne got in his way for it too iirc
Id have him in the team in front of Lyne at present

Lineham looked the better of the 2. Lyne looks lightweight still to me

| If Martin is back then I'd be tempted to play him at Centre and move Turner out to the Wing for this match only. Would prefer to have a more experienced player facing Brough's kicks if possible.
If Martin isn't back then I would play either Ben Crooks or Tom Lineham.

| So Aspinwall is ok then? His looked to be the worst out of the bunch of injuries.

lyne had to move about 5 metres for it but tom called it n covered bout 10 metres to claim it n dropped it. another high ball was called by lyne but tom jumped an took it. neither nothing major but show a rawness that a team like hudd would look to expose. he only got bout 50 league games under his belt ain't he? defo one for future without doubt but not sure he ready yet. 20s doesn't test you to enough elements. Lyne n crooks got more experience at that level international youth level n reece bit of 1st team. for a 1shot cup game against currently the best team in the country need to be carefull n do what best for team and individual.
