| Cant remember that many, but the 2010 derby has to be my favourite, it had everything.
It was the epitomy of a true 'Derby'

| John Player Trophy final in '82 at Headingley. Ronnie Wileman's great run from dummy half down the wing was just fantastic. 12-4 win to FC

| Far too many from the 80's to chose just one, but the CP Fred v Casey game, along with my 1st ever derby, the 79 floodlit. do stand out.

Our coach broke down on the way to Leeds and as we got in the ground. Wileman picked the ball up and went down the wing. Great timing

| I remember a Challenge cup 3rd round game at the Boulevard around 76/77. Bill Ramsey was playing for us, as well as Keith Boxall who was playing some great stuff, Hancock and Davidson in the halves Glyn Turner at Centre.
Anyway, Rovers had a great side at that time and were overwhelming favourites on the day. As the match reached the last quarter it was clear a valiant FC effort would not be enoughs to stay with them. Then with around 20 mins to go and leading by 6 or 7 pts points, they had a man sent off, I think it was Paul Rose. 10 mins later Phil Lowe was sent off too for punching, and we were playing against 11 men, of course even with a team of workers we were camped on their line, and finally went over with around 5 minutes left. Rovers were now defending for their lives and we bombed chance after chance. Then with seconds left, Glyn Turner fed Alf Macklin with a pass that was at least a yard forward, burly Alf ran through Sully from 5 ds out to score in the Threepenny's/Bunkers corner. We all waited for it to be chalked off for the pass but amazingly the ref let it stand. That won us the game. Rovers had stars all over the team, and we'd done a goliath on them, albeit with 11 men, but it didn't matter. We'd won. In the next round we drew Cup holders Widnes at home and went out 20-8 at the Boulevard. At that time many felt that Millward and Sully had both missed their best chance to get to Wembley, as their careers at the top were coming to an end, or so we thought. Little did we know what was to happen in 3 years later, or that amazingly Sully would also win it again with his beloved FC .

| I also have fond memories of the John Player Final, Ronnie's try making an ass of the worlds most expensive player and the chants of "Casey, Casey, where's your wife?". Certainly one of my favourites, as was Freddie giving Casey a pasting when he tried his usual trick of a cheap shot on a scrum half. That also had the added bonus of costing Casey the GB captaincy, something he didn't deserve anyway.
Another one which was good was in Brian Smith's first season (88/89) at home to them at the Boulevard. Apart from an easy win which hammered another nail into the dobbins relegation coffin, there were chants of "where's your Miller gone" as their star man had done a runner and abandoned the sinking ship.
I'm sure this last game and the act of desertion is one a certain ignorant dummy spitter who moderates on the dobbins board remembers fondly.

| The Tevita Viakona game at the New Caravan Park, Stanley scored late on, only for us to gather the ball at the restart TV ends up with it shrugs off 4/5 players then scores under the posts.
The sound of his name being chanted in "there Eaststand" was deafning and could be heard ALL over Hull that afternoon

| The 87-88 derby at Craven park. We'd played Halifax in the semi on the saturday and the replay on the wednesday .Nobody gave us a prayer on the Friday but we won 21-14.I think the players played for the last 20 minutes on memory.IIRC Paul Welham got a 60yd interception try that day.

“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

You beat me too it. A classic for form book going out of the window.
April 1983 and our 21-3 good Friday win, effective title decider.
1997 32-25 at their excuse of a ground.
