| Quality going forward. Dug up this gem from last week;
Quote: BIGAL1 "Mckinnons a terrible player imo'"
Although tbf, a lot of Wakey fans jumped on him for it.

| Was our best at Salford and probably close to it again tonight.
Not sure about some of the lazy remarks he does come across as a cool guy which I guess could be misread.

| Another Nathan Blacklock (not a bad thing mind), exciting and unpredictable in attack, but sometimes leaves you a bit worried in defence!

| absoloute quality just lacks the pace he lost with his bad injury but the brains are there and hes on the shoulder of every player making a break. we finaly have some support play great to watch a proper fullback his positional play in defense is second to none hopefully he stays fit or will be a very big miss!!!

| Wade will become a REAL fans favourite. For years (since Triester) we've not had a player who celebrates tries like Wade. The sight of him jumping up and running around with his arm in the air after scoring is great to see.
His running off the ball creates space for other players and his enthusiasm seems to be infectious.
People moan about his slow kick returns, but that's just his style. It creates gaps and i'd bet he creates as many clean breaks as any full back in Super League.
He reminds me of Matt Le Tissier....a true maverick!

But still very comfortable under the high ball, we have not had a fullback who can take the high ball consistently for a hell of a long time. It's players like McKinnon that i want to come and watch..A very exciting player that will get even better this season.

| I think he adds a bit of un-predictabilty and 'magic' that our dull team of the last few years has lacked.
You can imaigne that on a big day like a Derby or Playoff tie he will either be superb or give away a massive error, which makes him exciting to watch

| He joins wide running players like Brent Webb and Sam Tomkins who join the line on the arch and either score tries or set them up.
He offers so much more than Briscoe...or dare I say it, Steve Prescott!

| Very happy with the signing. As others have said, it's great to see the support there when we get a half break. Against Warrington he could have had two try's if the play came off for him. He went through the gaps, it was only Ganson calling a forward pass or knock on that stopped him racing to the line.
And in a strange way, I'm kind of glad he made that error last week. At the time it w a game we had unr control, and one we went on to win. After seeing that he will get punished if he doesn't react quicker, I now expect him not to make the same mistake again and always get the ball dead. A least last week he did it in a game we won (although it did set up a very tense finish) rather than doing it two weeks down the line and costing us the match.
Again, happy with the signing and I hope (and expect) when summer arrives and the ground hardens we will see what he can really do.

| Because of one daft error against Wakey people are somehow assuming he's a poor defender. Actually he's very good - he has a great pair of hands, catches everything coming his way, and has so far shown himself to be a great one on one defender (unlike the turnstile the dobbins have got).
The big question against him when he was signed was his injury record, there was far less to worry about him in terms of ability. Let's hope he keeps healthy because he's real quality.

“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

I don't think he's very good at returning the ball though. And he's prone to some very costly errors at times. Needs to cut these out.'"
Prescott,Briscoe and Tony have all done the same mistakes but 2 of those never got lambasted on here like some do.Mckinnon is 1st class...postional play superb, always supporting the runner, kick returns are good...what more do the bleedin moaners want.
