| This guy is solid in defence and well structured going foward. widnes was his first game in decent condition and looked like he could build on his plays. With the forwards ripping new bum holes at the moment he does not need to overplay his attack just sensible rugby! But i feel he is not showing all his cards just yet!!!!

I also feel we haven't seen the best of him yet.
I would say his defence looks good though and he gets stuck in a lot compared to most no7's, whereas with Dykes and Long we used to have to hide them out on the wings in defence to avoid yet more injuries.

| Gave us alot of width with some huge miss out passes in the middle of the field. Thats what we have missed and with the quality of our backs and second rows if we get quick ball to them they will score tries. Not a hugely flashy player but he's very smart and knows what he wants to do.

| I agree he needs time to settle, but the way everyone slags off Horne whilst he outperforms Seymour in every game is infuriating. Out of our 4 halfbacks so far this season, I think Ellis and Horne have looked the most promising, but I expect Seymour to show some quality eventually.

| Seymour is a quality signing. His best game for us was Saints away, the reason Horne has improved is no doubt because of the arrival of Seymour.
Can some Hull fans ever be pleased with a 7?

| Some of his passing was excellent and his defence has been very good, too. He'll get better and better, like most of the team are.

| Very good signing, exactly the player we have missed since Cooke (although Dykes would have been had he stayed fit).
Nothing too flashy but orgainsing, gets us moving around the park and has a great passing game.
Top defence is also a bonus.

| I always believe with an overseas half you need to give them at least half a season. Look at Finch last season he looked poor yet now Wigan fans are raving about him. Seymour is doing well but will get even better imo.

| I'm really pleased with how Seymours coming along, just by his body language alone you can see he's starting to enjoy it more. His combination with Mckinnon is whats really caught my eye and as the weather gets better so will they imo.
