The guy is just old news now.There'll be nowt new to say when he eventually does a book. Rule the fool/ plummer did'nt get him to sign his contract he left to join a smaller club his career went downhill quicker than franz klammer and now he'll do anything to keep in the news. That's not entirely accurate, actually. Plummer was the CEO in charge for the (non)signing of Cooke's contract, but by the time the fiasco kicked in properly and when Cooke moved to Rovers Plummer had already moved into a finance role with Rule becoming CEO.

In Summary....
Paul said he was 'very sorry' and that he would like to pay back all his salary he recieved from the club when he wasn't actually on contract. 
He went on to say, he wished he'd never left Hull as he could have become enjoyed a successful testimonial and become a Club Legend! 
He confirmed that his 2005 Challenge Cup Winning success pales into insignificance compared with the mountain of silverware he won at Rovers. 
At the end of the show Paul said Hull can expect his cheque in the post on Monday morning. 
Unfortunately I didn't hear the show either, but I'm sure the ungrateful waster would have wanted to say the above  |

I hope Cooke does turn his life around.
At the end of the day, he was a bell to us... But he's realised he was, and now he's trying to put something back in to the game.
