Let's hope RH gives the appropriate amount of airtime to Gentle's arrival and initial press conference/Q&A as new head coach of the region's 2nd largest sporting club (after City). We've heard more than enough on and from Sandercock already.

You could tell he was trying very hard not to criticise Agar in the interview,

very positive signs for the future regarding youngsters and playing people out of their natural positions

Impressed me in the Q&A. Still one or two might come in but lots of emphasis on the youngsters. Thinks the percieved lack of depth will be covered by youngsters to a degree.

He said he wasn't a rant and rave coach, all about preparation, education and creating a winning enviroment for the players to work in.

i must admit i liked the fact the fact that he says he is and educator as well as an innovator, 2 great traits to have as a head coach, reading netween the lines looks you was right Paul as it looks like there will be 2 coming in.
