As a Wigan fan I am glad to see Gleeson back on the pitch again, you have a cracking player there.

Just watched it back on Sky. Gleeson was interviewed on the pitch a few minutes after the game which suggests to me any knock he picked up wasn't too bad.

Slotted in very nicely and seemed to enjoy the occasion. Can only get better

one word quality, what an diffrence a proper right centre and a quality one at that makes to a side and its threat on the edge. ive been banging on about it for years and for a long time on here about signing a right centre but alot of people dissmissed it as we have utility players in turner and whiting who can play there. well we could all tell he aint fit and look quite worring really on how unfit he was yeh ino he aint played for a couple of mounths but for an outside back there certainly need to be some fitness done

He is definately a touch heavy and is lacking match fitness and sharpness but he still looked a class act and we have a real player in our squad there.

We will have genuine threats left and right which can only be good news.

Don't expect him to play on Monday, probably rest him for the Saints game and bring in Turner.

If anyone has got a programme from yesterday, look at the 2 photos of Gleeson in it, from his interview. The one in his Hull polo and the one in the Wigan shirt.

If we can get him to the same shape as he was in the Wigan shirt, we will have made a fantastic signing, looking at what he did yesterday.

Made a huge difference to our attack actually having a centre who the opposition struggle to read. He can pass and step off either foot. Was pleasing to see him actually get early ball too which we don't often do.
