| I don't have any major issues with the board except one, they have done a lot more positive things for us than negative, if they want to make money, fine, all fans really want, ultimately, is to see the team do well on the pitch. I don't buy into this "the board picks the team" nonsense although they may have steered Agar towards certain bigger signings but i think that's common in all sporting teams. The issue i have is one that has been mentioned on here already, they never seem to invest in a top quality coach and they seem very reluctant to see Agar leave which is baffling. I know a lot of people say they don't want to spend money but if that is the case why have they spent what must be £150 to £200k on transfers?

| A couple for starters:
1, They are here by circumstance, not by choice
2, The succession of coaches, each one cheaper than the previous
3, The succession of "administration" blunders we have seen, i've often said i'll compile a list, but i've not found a spare day yet

1, If they didn't choose to be here than surely they would announce they want to sell or get out
2, People say they are cheap yet they spend money on transfers. People say its expensive for a aussie or a well known coach yet I believe they would make that back on more fans watching better rugby and more merchandise. Some fans don't go because they dislike Agar and the style he has FC playing.
3, There hasn't been any major blunders have they??? Yeah we were docked 2 points for salary cap breaches before but that didn't effect our league position did it??
Correct me if i'm wrong.

2 Salary cap breaches
The ignoration of the First ever game at the KC, the board did not feel it important enough to request a specific home game even when asked by the RFL
Paul Cooke and his "issues" and subsequently his departure.
Jamie Thackery "he never wants to play for your club again" says Peter Sharpe, he then comes back, and we have the Cup c0ck up.
The price rise EVERY single year pricing fans out of the game
The "survey of FC fans" over friday nights.
Bomber was the highest paid of our coaches, each one on less than the one before

100% Hull FC -part of thebrotherhood of Rugby League, The Best Game in the World to watch.: |

| Surely by now everyone knows that Rich Agar is chosen by the Hetheringtons due to the fact that Rich and Kath along with her brothers have been pals from years back -but Kath, please remember how excited you was when we won the CC at Cardiff -all of us fans want that feeling again, and Rich -I'm sorry but you've reached the top of aspirations -Assistant coach is your limit, so either resign and save Kath the bother of down-grading you for the sake of friendship.

If I was the board and Paul Cooke wanted him to return to his beloved Hull KR I'd let him go. I wouldn't want a player to play for me if he didn't want to. As if the first home game at the KC annoyed you a bit, get a grip. The cup cock up was bad but other clubs have made cock ups regarding player registrations etc. We still got to the final didn't we??? Yeah the prices are shocking but the SMC take a huge chunk of that. If we had our own stadium them maybe things might be a bit different. Was Kear on more then Sharp??

So basically your saying the board are tight by not spending much on a coach yet THE BOARD fork out money for transfers to try and improve the club. Its nothing to do with figures and money issues why we don't pay a lot for a coach. I think they genuinely wanted Agar to be a success because he is British, local and young IMO.

| What do people want? All our previous boards have done is rack up debt? All boards/people make mistakes, but does ours really warrant their removal? Do people genuinely believe there are people out there that would come to our club and do a better job? I think we should be grateful we have a club to support and one with a future, thanks to the people who are currently running the club. One thing at at time, let's concentrate on Agar's departure.

Exactly! We make annual profits, we have a talented youth system coming through and we also have a great squad on paper. I know "on paper" means nothing but if the board pulled their finger out and got rid of Agar then maybe we could challenge for top 4 finish and play decent rugby.

Transer fees in the last 3 years are profits from the club,
Dont forget we paid 2 knacking fees for golden boy Tansey!
Macca is young british and local, but he'd cost more than Agar, and he wouldnt be a yes man (not saying i want him BTW)
We as a Club have income at anywhere between £4.5 and £5 mill per year.
If you believe them £1.6mill goes on players wages, I'd like to see where the rest goes! Please dont waste your time saying stadium costs, stock costs admin staff etc.
£3+ mill is a lot though.......

We ALL hoped he would be a success, its good that the club where willing to give a young British coach a chance, but it aint worked, he hasnt been a success, he has failed miserably and the board should have the guts to admit their mistake and get rid,

| I'm fairly happy in the main with the job the board do but I hope that they do the right thing as far as the Head coach is concerned and replace Agar with the right man rather than with a cheap option.
I can't really complain about the way the rest of the club is run.

I just think it's the coaching and the way we play are letting us down. Yeah the board are in control of who is in charge of the club but the Agar situation is the only excuse I have for having a slight anger other Hethertington and Rule etc. For some people they dislike them for other reasons. If so what???'"
Imo the board lack ambition,if they wanted success they would of got Agar out a long time ago and not even renewed his contract. They would of got someone in with a winning mentality. The board have done great off field but that won't last long the way things are going with the way the team is coached.Fans are really getting fed up with whole situation now and if the board don't act fast and rectify the problem then all the good work they have done will be lost.
