hull havent had a great team since 1983 and even then didnt win as much as they should have done.we have had 2 really good sides since in 1991 and to a lesser extent in 2006,but never kicked on in either case.

Define support?

I want us to go out and get a new coach but whilst Agar is here I will still support him and his team and I won't be getting involved in chanting or boycotts. Mainly because, as I'v said elsewhere, I don't like to see coaches losing their jobs, but also because I want us to take our time to find the right man and not get Mcnamara on a 5 year deal in a blind panic.

So in summary. Do I want Agar to stay? No. Will I publicly berate him and call for his sacking? Again, no.

Even when we are all agreed on something (well all but an almost silent few) we still get people following what others say almost verbatim.

For all of you who think MacNamara is a shoeing step back and think for one moment (although a few of you it might need a little longer) Why would he want the job? He has a nice little earner with the RFL. A job which let's face it providing he says the right things and tries to develop this mass of young talent we apparently have in the UK, he has for life. That plus he seems to be media savvy.
Why would he leave all that to run the gauntlet of Hull fans after a few defeats and in some cases (me included) before he even gets a team on the park?

I honestly think that despite Friday and almost every Friday since Agar took over the BOD will do nowt. Agar will not resign unless he has something to fall back on. Unlike Cullen for example he has no media skills. So with wife and family to support he ain't going to resign. However manly that would make him in some people's eyes.

So we are imo stuck with him. I have wanted him gone now for 18+ mths and I have now reached a stage were initially I would have gone for a DOR with Agar learning under him (like Smith was at Wire initially) but now have gone to get rid of all of them. Last Webster the lot. Anyone who says well the U20s are doing well need to look at how many youngsters have reached their true potential at our club. Remember only 2 selected by Macnamara recently and one of them was developed in Cas.

The game is up now. Clubs have overtaken us and in most cases lapped us. We have gone backwards not rapidly but steadily since Bomber left. He had a nucleus of young Hull based talent which Kear was able to inspire to a victory ( or 4 game winning streak as he is capable of doing. He can't raise a team week in week out)

For me its pointless chanting Agar out its the BOD who need to change. But with cash being King I have no idea how we achieve that as a group of fans.

I have always supported him but have never had belief in him. I would like a new coach but I don't wnat us to rush into it. However whether I boo or not or sign a petition or not is not going to make any difference.

I certainly think a continuation and escalation of what happened post match on Friday will hasten his departure

Seems pretty unanimous, especially when you factor in the votes that no doubt came from the rovers fans for him to stay! Up to the board now to release him which in turn will hopefully give us more optimism. I for one am sick of going into games, no matter what the quality is of the opposition, with no idea if we can get a result.

It may well increase the pressure.

As I was walking out the stadium with about 20 secs to go the boos got worse and the chanting started and part of me was happy that the fans were venting their feelings and part of me was sad as I knew it was the beginning of the end for Agar.

I want agar to stay but want the current board to go as it's them that are dragging the club to it's knees

Agree, think Agar should go but who ever the club bring in will be on a hiding to nothing with this current regime, Ja Rule should fall on his sword as well if he has any self respect,
