Empty seats, speak volumes, i know this wont happen cos all the sheep will turn up regardless, but if we the fans orchastrated a proper boycott and only a few hundred turned up, what do you think the board would think? dont you think that would make them sit up and take some action?

That's my attitude. Nothing that Rich Agar is responsible for producing will ever be worth a £24 admission price, let alone what it costs to go away.

Fair play to the people with the banners, if they want to express their views like that then they have every right to. Most of the people who are disapproving of it would actually be just as happy if Agar does go.

A large number of empty seats will be a concern as they could easily translate into missing pass sales for next season.

But not for this season when people have already paid. The board may not be happy about empty seats, but with money in the bank now, they've no reason to be crying into their G&Ts

Why would I pay for something and not use it? As I said above, the club has passholder's money in the bank so why would they care about a passholder boycott?

I can see the argument about next year's passes, but this year it means the square root of sweet FA to them

They'd see that the writing was on the wall though? Pass sales this year down on last year, now some of those that did buy a pass aren't even bothering to attend. The board would realise that pass sales were likely to drop even more significantly next season, I'm not convinced they'd just think 'sod it, this season's money is already in the bank'.

I'm not convinced that treating fellow supporters with contempt just for being a supporter adds anything to your argument TBH.

A boycott Friday night is not about money! its to make a point, a principle! to make the powers that be realise we have had enough, that if things continue the way they are they will be staring at those empty seats for years to come, but like i said it wont happen as there are too many of you bleating ' ive paid so why shouldnt i use it',

I'm from Yorkshire mate - £38 per game (for a gold pass) is not something I can afford to spend and then not use, so I'll still be going.

We're only 3 games into the season, so maybe the board ARE thinking "lets just count this years money at the moment".

I am not contemptuous of fellow supporters!!
But if we want change we all need to stick together, we ALL want our club to be successful.
As for been childish and petulant, i think the attitude of 'I have paid for my pass so i am going to use it' is a little more petulant, even though sacrificing one game may make the difference and make the board sit up and do something.

Like I said, I can't afford to not use something I've paid for. Besides, I've just spent £100 on shopping and put it all back on the shelves.
