Look if it changes on this occassion its not either clubs faults although any statement from the RL will say that the clubs have been left to make the decision, but we all know that with dwindling gates across the League, clubs on the edge of bankrupcy and ridiculous and ill thought out expansionism to underpin, no one will be allowed to p*ss Sky off. They are now whether we like it or not the pipers and they call the tune. The pressure will be on Hull and Rovers to agree. The game could have been the Saturday one but on past experience with the clipper event on that day expected to attract 200,000 plus the police would probabaly object to that as well.

It just shows for me that the actual paying public are as far as the RL are concerned way down their list of priorities, and if we want our game to survive we have to get used to the idea that Sky call the tune.

This better be a vicious rumour. The club must have been aware of the possibility of this happening for a while now. I am certain it was not a call to the office at close of play last night.
Sky were not interested in this game and having sold 16000 tickets so far they should not be allowed to change it at this short notice. Ok its a month away but this is our big game of the season with unprecidented demand for tickets.

There should be certain games each year (mainly derbies) which once announced should be set in stone.

Out of town supporters are ignored again. Kids will miss out as its a school night and obviously shift workers etc don't matter. Yes the game relies heavily on Sky but with so many tickets already sold this can not be allowed to happen.

So much for having all home games on Friday to avoid this kind of thing happening.

My parents holiday has been booked around this fixture and they were coming back two days early, on the Thursday night to get to the derby the next day. Not happy at all

lets see what happens, the website has only just put an update on how many tickets have been sold, and is advising fans to 'buy them fast' surely we woulden't be putting that if the game was about to be moved?
