Agree with that.
I criticised Hame myself at the time for rising to the bait, but TBF he should have had protection from the ref. He's certainly a handful in every sense of the word. The fact that Rovers targeted him shows just how much of a threat he's seen as by opposition coaches.

Exactly. And the fact that teams are targeting him and putting more men on him means he gets more attention drawn off our other players, giving them more space to play in. If we use him correctly, he could be invaluable.

Problem is, so will most other teams. I'm not excusing the dirty tactics employed by the dobbins, but Agar needs to sort him out.
He does give far to many penalties away and could not be trusted to come on later in the game, when he would have been very useful against a tiring dobbins defense.

| Hame needs to learn to just get up and laugh at them.

Very true and i'm sure Agar would have loved to have had him on the pitch for the last 15 minutes, but simply couldn't trust him.

Wouldn't be surprised if Agar is publically critical of the way the referee handled Lauaki today.

Watching some similar situations with the Wigan v. Saints and they're totally different outcomes. I despair.

So he should be.
Thought Hame kept a lid on it considering the treatment he was getting with no ref protection.
Convinced he's gonna be a massive asset to us.
