i think it would be more worthwhile to chip in now and again to lay on things like free bus travel to certain away games, or reducing admission for a cup game and footing the bill

I think I would spent considerable amounts on getting coaches into schools in the area and get more people playing which in turn will result in a better youth squad. And hopefully more interest for the game. With the way the salary cap and home grown players rule its probably the best way in the long run.

I would also invest in the bar in the ground.

Similarly, I would open a big marquee in East Park, say 3000 capacity and fill it with a bar and only open it pre-match, big screen too with highlights from other games. If possible, I would also try and get a pitch put down in that green area which would have either the reserves or a local amateur team playing, would be amazing if one side of this marquee was clear so you can drink and watch.

If I was one of those that just won 56 million on the euro lottery I would definately invest, though not to own or run the club, just as a gift. There would be stipulations that it must be invested on players and I would expect free entrance for the rest of my life!

But then again not sure how this would work with the salary cap rules and all

If i won any substantial amount of money i would deffo invest in the club, but leave the running of it to the people who know how! A particular focus would be on ensuring the majority of young kids in the area who play the game benefit from coaching sessions by Hull. Also invest in a scouting network across both the UK and Aus / NZ. Additionally i would subsidise schemes for schools to get reduced ticket prices etc. One last thing would be to invest in a proper bar set up within the KC (dump the current set up) and offer good quality food and drink

As for profit's now, majority (for me) needs to go into youth development.
