Exactly what we said. Watching the replay this morning and he must've felt the boot be pulled of but he didn't pause for a second and just ran like the wind...amazing!!!

I couldnt see through the fog at which point his boot came off. Was it in the initial tackle in our own 20 or was it the last ditch attempt at an ankle tap in saints half?

| got to agree stopping them scoring just before half time was crucial. a lot of times in the last few years we have been doing really well in tight games then conced on half time and you could see the team mentaly drop but not last night.
There was a few important tackels last night lauaki on graham over the line, whiting shooting out and crunching someone, cusacks on the 5th and my personal favorite was when o'meley put a big shot on fozard and then just ran back into the line rather then get involved even tho fozard seemd to lash

I saw that last night and laughed at the sight of Wozzard swinging away at fresh air looking like Sloth at a rave.

| Quote Shirl="Shirl"Totally agree. Said at the time how nice it was to see the team spirit and communication. Been sadly lacking for some time now.'"
It was also interesting to see the team run off at half time together as a group, a la Leeds Rhinos.
Little things like that are good to see and show a togetherness in the squad.

| Quote super-fast-winger="super-fast-winger"I thought it was scoring more points than the other team.
On a less sarcastic note, Id put it down to great off the ball running to create space, and thought Berrigan really got us going around the ruck.
Why no Calderwood last night?'"
Yeah it was great to see some movement off the ball at last. Fitz's dummy run for Manu's try was so simple but executed to perfection. It's those little details that make a big difference.

| What was particularly noticeable last night was just how much we valued the ball. After recent seasons it was brilliant to see us competing for and usually winning any loose ball, instead of looking at a spilled ball and expecting a team mate to pick it up

| Thought Lauaki's tackle on Graham was a statement of intent. Great moment the way he turned him over like that.
