Clubs with a sustainable business model get there because they have the ability to make tough business decisions and prune costs as they go along. Never understood the decision to appoint him anyway, and Moore has far more impressive experience in this area. Sorry for Lee, but I can't recall many on here saying his training methods and expertise were irreplaceable.

He was a great player for Hull but the appointment was a strange one and perhaps taken for the wrong reasons.
Losing your job is very tough though and I hope he gets sorted soon.

Maybe severence was the wrong word, I believe we have paid him most of the money he was due next season anyway. This was a professional decision NOT a financial one unlike the article was trying to make out. |

thank you Lee for your help and hope you find a post that suits you very quickly..
Lets not knock the guy in any way as we would not anyone else who lost their job ..especially as its Lee!
The word is simply that moore has taken over the whole package and as he is regarded worldwide as the Messiah with junior players it makes perfect sense to me and expected as much when he joined.
His imput at the club has already been exemplary and a breath of fresh air by all accounts and nothing to do with drawing belts in at all, simply makes good business sense to remove a position we no longer need!!
