General points were to sort out the announcer, get rid of the crap pop music and have just one 'entrance' track, beer and service is rubbish, throw in some sunday afternoon games.

Not bothered about the announcer or the price of the beer - what's needed is some sort of indication from the board of their commitment to restoring the club as a force in SL - all the other stuff is window dressing, people will put up with most things if the product we've all paid to see is up to standard

Well I asked for improvement to be with the players, giving full commitment for 80mins.

You won't need to fill in a 'Match Day Experience' feedback form then.

I completely agree with everything you said re the improvement needed on the playing side, but that's what the 'Tell Us' feature is for.
