i'v been downloading films && music for the last 3 years the music iv been downloading daily off limewire which at one point i got quite addicted to and got caught out, signed the form and got back on with films i download say one a week and leave it running over night get a good fast connection havn't been caught out.

I imagine that they (KC) will get a warning on thier system when someone had downloaded a lot of stuff, then they will go on to check, so moderate d/l should not be a problem

Thats ok then i only download the odd song here and there

That's where the problem lies, TPB are currently (although might have finished now) involved in a very high profile court case.

You will find that it is not Karoo that are warning (well they are but...) all torrent sites are now being monitored by some new software (it is flawed as well) now when this company that runs the software see something illegal being downloaded they then inform the ISP who then act upon the information.

Bunch of thieving s the lot of you, cant understand why people would want to download illegally & then boast about not been caught. How is that any different to nicking a DVD out of a shop or buying pirate DVD's off the Walton street market?

Which is spread amongst many millions of people's wages that are affected by this.
If illegal downloading carries on in this vein and with the average bandwith increasing in the UK in the near future it will impact even further the income of ALL industries connected to the film industry not just the big filmaker companies.
Obviously those companies that have had to lay off workers because people are stealing money from them & having to tighten their belts even more..still it's okay because it's just a bit of downloading
Makes me so angry every time I come to Hull to see thousands of illegal DVDs openly been sold & nothing done about it

Yes blank DVD's are now much cheaper in the shops than ever but add in ALL the costs in film making and I think you'll find it's a shed load more than your knock off Nigel DVD's
