Because the few games he's had he's looked OK. not the finished article but potentially a decent player for the next few years. Shipping him out on loan is madness when players are injured.

Disagree with the first part of that. If they brought in Cordoba because we was short on props then what was the point in bringing him in. When could of just played DM. We have now still got the same amount of props at the club before we even brought in Cordoba.
What they going to do if Cordoba gets injured?

Why not play Maloney in the first team then and let him 'put himself in the shop window', like Agar is doing for the reserve grade aussie??? There is nothing whatsoever to lose by doing so.
