Agar and the board should show some balls and get rid of any players not prepared to put the effort in. They are employed in a well paid job that most people who pay to watch would love to do.

Cas fans we were stood with were saying it's not surprising we don't look @rsed when we've announced loads of signings and a lot of the current squad know their card is marked. I sort of understand this, but even so, going on the levels of commitment today I don't know how some of them can look in the mirror.

The apparent p.ss heads in the club won't even be bothered about how there playing. There still getting paid alot and will just be looking forward to getting home and going on the lash.
It really is sad that how much of a joke our club has become. Coaches are sh.t, tactics are sh.t. Players never perform.

Surely the players Agar speaks about are threatening his livelihood. If you was in the same situ, wouldn't you do something about it??

Clearly a case of the tail wagging the dog. Agars response just demonstrates the lack of respect some of the players have for him. I would expect a "top coach" to get amongst them. Can't see any signs of that happening.

The players who are leaving,should be playing well,
to get another contract for another club, ie putting themselves in the shop window.
