| No room for him here tbh. IMO his best position is hooker and we have to many ATM. Would be sad to see him leave but he should for his own game to develop.

| Heard Steve McNamara is a big fan of Tommy Lee, who'd be very happy if Bulls snapped him up. He's a fantastic ball player in my books with a good brain. His development has probably been stifled due to moving him around to much. Suppose that is due to his utility value though.

| To be honest, I'm easy either way. He has improved no end this season and is now a decent player. Don't reckon he'll ever be top class, however, and if we need his salary to help bring in a better player, so be it.
That said, if he does stay, I'd be happy too.

| Mixed feelings really, we don't need or want him and Houghton on the bench every week and if Berrigan is playing hooker then one of them would sit out. Houghton is better off the bench imo whilst Lee is better at starting the game, don't rate him in the back row at all.
Would be useful to keep as a squad player but I am not sure he would make the 17.

Well nobody knows that, however that is why it would be useful to have him around.

| I would keep personally, him and Houghton are building a good partenership, Berro has said he wants to move to loose forward towards the end of his career, next season is the perfect time to do this.
As someone else said we gave other players 3-5 years to develop into a super league player, Tommy Lee has been unlucky he got thrown into a team needing a replacement for Cooke(who took about 4 years to come good) and was expected to be as good as Cooke at the age of 18 in his first season of super league.

| I'll be happy to see him finally go !! No doubt that he has improved this season and has done "okay" but is that really enough to give him yet another contract ???
Some people are saying that he is our POTY ?? FFS !!! He doesn't stand out like a lot of the other $hite because he does very little. He gives 100% and tackles his heart out but simply isn't good enough. It really is about time that we released players of his very limited quality if we want to ever get back to where we should be.
He may not cost much but I would rather see us put the cash towards a quality player and see Houghton on the bench much much more often.
If Salford would take our captain fantastic, I would offer them a 2 for the price of 1 deal and a cash incentive !!!!

I'm still not understanding the love-in on here for Houghton. His distribution isn't great, he doesn't engage the square markers before passing the ball. He puts a lot of tackles in but is constantly dominated leading to a quicker PTB for the opposition and the times he does make a half break (I think I've only ever seen one clean break from him) he isn't looking around for the offload and the PTB isn't particularly quick. He hasn't progressed from when he first came into the team IMO. Lee is a better all round player ATM and Houghton only has the edge in terms of his skoots from the PTB.

| Wouldn't renew his contract. Although he has cut out his errors, he still offers very little. Money needed elsewhere.
