Once again it shows we have a coach who does nothing more than coach % rugby based on 5 drives and an arm wrestle - hoping that we nick the game . SH*TE SH*TE philosophy on rugby. We are like Hull City at the moment .
I would like to know how we have done in the last 20 mins of every game under Agar.
Morgan just seems to coach his team to WIN by any means but play the game with 1 thought - to WIN
Agar and Sharp are buried in stats and ratios and have forgotten that team spirit and winning at all costs is all that counts.
We haven't had a GREAT coach since Brian Smith in 1991 and no number 7 since Danny Brough.
I am depressed because the problems are easily solveable - the directors hand back their massive profits and sign Morgan with the ££.

Hull born and bred directors would run the club on a break even basis , however or board are profir based shareholders with a mild interest in results. They take big salaries of £80k pa + and I am using these salaries as profits for purpose of this discussion. Plummer was on £90k pa part time . Ask yourself Standee - how much did the GREAT Roy Waudby 'strip' out of the Club. That is the difference betweena coach earning £200,000 pa or Agar on say £80k pa

our forwards made no impression 2nd half & our kicking game was gash throughout.thankful briers kicking game was gash 4 the 1st 60 mins or it could ave been worse.good defence 1st half but you cant do it with no respite for the entire 2nd half & not concede.can we not teach some of our players to kick to space in training.SCRUM HALF REQUIRED.simple as that.

Maybe in the days when it wasn't run as a business but no business man with any nonce would run at break even when he could run at a profit.

Don't be so sure about your last statement either!!

We operate at full salary cap so surely if we make a profit after that it is a good thing?

Or would it be preferred if we still operated at full cap but had lifelong fans as directors and made big losses?? (Wonder who does that?? icon_rolleyes.gif )

The majority of our problems IMO are the lack of an onfield general. These are now being compounded by injuries and the visa problems. There is no need to go completely over the edge.

You can pay your coach whatever you want and therein lies the X factor - if all players are paid the same , how do you become great
