Therein lies the problem, some of the posters may be numpties but at the end of the day we are all FC fans. The players should care about what we think.

Like most people, my performance is appraised formally twice yearly with my line manager, with balanced feedback from those I work with closely over a 6 month period.

People have good days and bad days at work. Sometimes there are mitigating reasons for this - illness or family issues, for example. Most of us have the advantage of not having 12,000+ scrutinising our every move and calling for us to be sacked if we have a couple of off days. We have neither the context of personal circumstances nor the wider picture of what players contribute to the team off the field, whereas the coaching staff do. If I were a player, whilst it would be tempting to come on here, so much of the commentary on performances is negative garbage all it would do is destroy confidence.

If i and there is many others that didn't do there job properly , There would be more that 12'000 scrutinizing the company.
