Well Agar signed him so he is accountable for that.

Agar gives the team the game plan (if there is one!!!!) he is responsible for the interchanges.
Both of these areas are very very very very very very very poor at the moment. Thererfore Agar is responsible. |

You're not wrong there, the difference in quality between Thorman and Dobson was the difference between the two sides today. One can run, pass, and kick the other unfortunately plays for us. |

Yep Agar signed Thorman. Its not working at the moment so the answer is sack him? If so who do you replace him with? John Lang is the only name i can think of. As for game plans, perhaps, but its the players who detract from it, or miss tackles or who dont just turn up or maybe are just out enthused. If we are pointing the finger its only fair that it includes players too
