I didn't see it. I don't tend to fully read his posts much as they're long, repetitive, and usually dull. (See what I do there? There's a poster I don't particularly enjoy the posts of, so I don't read his posts. Good innit?)
But yes, if he said that there's no need for it. Feel better?

We are a very good side at the basics. Working hard getting on the front foot and getting into try scoring positions. But that's where it goes drastically wrong. With 2 creative halfbacks we'd up near the top challenging. The players are frightened to take risks, and the longer it goes on the worse it will get

| Quote: ccs "Our "supporters" have certainly excelled themselves over the last few days, criticising anything and everything to do with the club. Not a stone has been left unturned, finding new and novel ways of sticking the boot in. The usual crowd have repeated over and over again the same anti hull fc rhetoric, and new posters have popped up to fuel the debate. Sad, really, isn't it? So much for loyalty. I'm sure AP et al are trying their very best to send the club into oblivion, just what some on here seem to want.'"
I read this and the subsequent replies by Mrs b and initially wasn't going to reply but then decided I'd never read anything so cr@p as this for sometime .
If we weren't so poor if the fans weren't so disillusioned there would be none of this.
If you're still happy to accept this turd we are being served then so be it but blind faith is something I and many on here now no longer wish to display, it doesn't mean we will stop supporting the club and just because you don't agree with it it doesn't give you the right to criticise those that don't share your view point.
I have not used the word apologist to describe anyone on here but by the sheer virtue of your post I think you are the very definition and part of the reason this club will stagnate.
After reading this forum lately I find you and Mrs b to be in an ever dwindling band.
If that is the case why don't the 2 of you form your very own breakaway forum where it's permanently bright sunny and positive then you wouldn't have to concern yourself with those of us who are simply not happy at the state of our club and don't then have to be insulted by your ilk just because we voice our displeasure.

So you are criticising their viewpoint about them criticising other people's viewpoints?
If you think anyone is totally positive at the moment then you clearly aren't reading this board properly.

| One of the real problems is with most fans IMO, is that we suffered four years of Agar. By the time Pearson moved in and gave the majority of us a long lasting smile, we had had enough of the same dross. After two years with a glimpse of success we are now subject to another eighteen months of Agarness. And the real problem is AP seems to have stuck his heels in and be happy with it.

I very much doubt he's happy about the situation. Unfortunately he seems to be convinced that Radford isn't the problem and is instead the best guy to fix things. A pretty incomprehensible viewpoint on the face of it.

This is it precisely. It's like a man who has been falsely imprisoned for 4 years finally had his case reviewed and was released. After 2 years of freedom and starting to build his life again he gets banged up again on another false charge.
I can honestly say I have never felt as frustrated and despairing about Hull, not least because our current situation is so needless - we had the map to recovery firmly in our grasp only to see pirates with their own motives nick and rebury it.

Spot on post. I can't recall anyone posting that they're happy with the current situation, but I can recall lots of vitriolic posts aimed at people who try to find some positives within the club.
Some, no many, posts from the angry brigade are extremely personal and do the posters no favours whatsoever. I think people should realise that we all want what is best for the club but have to accept that the solution is not in our hands and that no amount of bitching is going to change things. Lets just calm down.

Incomprehensible is the word. I think Lang Park's insight into Pearson's possible mindset yesterday may shed some light on this, depressing though this is.
But at what point will he see the truth and react? When we look like being relegated? When we are relegated? When we can no longer sustain our contract at the KC and have to leave (as Pearson himself alluded would be the case should relegation occur at a fans' forum, iirc)?
Can he afford to 'undig' his heels? Or does he still have enough in the coffers to allow him to take action even if he has the will? And to whom will he feel he can go to for advice after his trust in McRae so embittered him, if anyone? Does he have any independent advisors at all or is Radford the sole mutterer in his ear?
I just feel the whole situation looks very bleak and has the aura of being caught up in a landslip that has already started so therefore can't stop.

Did I say I was happy with the situation the club finds itself in? Have I ever said I'm happy with the situation?
Your post typifies the very issues I'm highlighting. Well done for repeating it again.
And you say my post is insulting.

I think Pearson is probably not going to put much more of his own money in (if he has any left) and is waiting for the Sky money to come through in September spending any more.

| OK - I'm just going to step in here and make a general point.
There are people on both sides of the debate - although honestly I think there's now only one side to this debate with varying degrees of fervour being expressed - that are taking things too far. This needs to stop.
There are no 'club apologists' posting on this forum, and labelling someone as such simply because they don't express their dissatisfaction with the regularity or intensity of others is not acceptable.
Similarly, not every member of the so-called 'angry brigade' is a troll who wants the club to fail or is only interested in doing the club down at every turn. Don't take troll-hunting into your own hands.
If you can't make your point with insulting other board members then don't bother posting. If you can't stick to that principle then that option will be taken away from you.
Passions are clearly running high but that's no excuse for behaviour which pushes the AUP to the limits and occasionally beyond. Most of us posting on here want the same thing at the end of the day.

| There are plenty of positives about what AP has done for Hull, its just with Radford as coach we are not seeing very many of them on the pitch at the moment.
I really don't understand why AP thinks Radford is the man to fix this - he's actually been making it worse as far as I can see.
I will say this though - Currently, I don't think Radford is the man to coach FC - I just don't think h has the ability at this level. If (and its a big big if) Radford can turn it around - we start winning these close games and coming up with results and we end up in the top 8 - the Kudos to him... sadly I don't think it will happen
