Are you saying Fitzgibbon didn't give his all when playing for Hull, or did you miss Dave's point completely?

Plus the price of that brand new house he's just had built by the beach.
The only reason he'll come here for is a financial one. (don't blame him).

Just my theory but I reckon he thinks the Titans have effectively removed him from their squad and as such he wants some compensation for that. There have been rumours that Gold Coast initiated this some time ago and if that's the case then despite their public announcements about hoping he'll stay (to placate their own fans) in reality they don't really mean it. I think he'll sign for Hull but wants what's due to him first. He may think he's in a stronger negotiating position before signing our contract than after. Just my theory.

I'd say he's got two very good years in him in SL. His injury record is superb and he looks after himself so three may not be such a stretch. I doubt he'd be here for three, smells of a Hicks style pay off to me.

Fook me this is getting messy. No way will he be at Titans next year. I would of thought Wednesday for a conclusion is looking slimmer by the minute.
