IMHO nothing ever fooking changes.

We dominate throughout the whole half, squander chances, failed to kill off our opponent whilst we have the chance, and then towards the end make daft mistakes and gift our opponents 2 trys, giving them momentum and more importantly letting them back into the game. We need to kill them off quick in the first half if not, and they score first, I reckon they'll go on to win it.

Fair enough. For me that's not a tactical issue as scores of teams do the same thing including the top ones. It's the execution of it that is the problem.
